After more than a decade as a developer, I saw first-hand what overwork, unclear priorities and failing projects can do to people. Agile and Scrum offered a better path. Today, I coach teams and leaders, mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and support organisations in making continuous improvement part of everyday work.
My experience spans startups, insurance, advertising and cross-team programmes, from individual team coaching to value-stream development and enterprise-wide learning.
